How to create awareness?
There are many way to create awareness for this issue.
We can protest in a safe manner to spread the word and to let others know about this problem so that they could do something to help. When protesting try not to go against laws and do it in a way that people will see and not hate you for what you are doing.
Try to help people who you know that are getting bullied or made fun of for their body image. Try to let them know that they look fine and that you are always there for them.
To take care of out body and to stay health. This ca help us feel more self confidence about our body. We can practise stay health by working out, to eat healthy and other ways so that we can be more self confident.
To spread the word through social media and other ways to reach out and to let people know, so that they can also reach out and let this cycle keep going.
